Broken Nose: Dave leaves the band

Our mates in Broken Nose have some sad news to share:

Our drummer Dave has decided to leave the band and as a result of this we are taking a break from Broken Nose.

He’s left the band on good terms but this is obviously a huge blow for us. We are still all good mates and hope things remain this way.

Dave leaving is not the only issue that needs resolving so we’re all going to take some time out to decide what we want to do. Because of this we have cancelled all up coming shows which is a decision that has not been made lightly and we are sad to be in this situation.

We would like to thank everyone for all the support given to us so far and hope we are back on the road in the not too distant future.

Slackers: 2012 dates and tickets

Our mates, the ever dapper New Town Kings will take their swing-core two-tone sound on tour with The Slackers next Spring.  

The brilliantly chaotic Tyrannosaurus Alan replace Broken Nose, and join in on all dates EXCEPT Bristol.

Broken Nose: recording Tree House Fire at Jamtown

Little update in from Dai and Dasher out of Broken Nose:

The guys have just set-up Jamtown Recording Studio in thier home town of Bridgend in South Wales. Jamtown is where Broken Nose recorded their debut album ‘No Compromise’, and are currently recording Tree House Fire’s debut EP, recording with Dirty Revolution and producing the next Broken Nose album. The studio will also be a creative hub for Trenchfoot Records, so keep an eye out for some exciting stuff.
